Platformsan facade platforms are vertical operating systems driven by electric motors on our proprietary rack gear. These platforms are utilized for various tasks including building facade cladding, sheathing, painting, plastering, and similar works.
They offer benefits such as material transportation alongside workers, rapid installation, comfortable and efficient working conditions, increased work efficiency, and time-saving capabilities. Our platforms are modular systems that can extend up to 10 meters on single platforms and up to 30 meters on double platforms.
With a maximum working height of 150 meters, our platforms provide exceptional versatility. Double platforms can function as two separate single platforms with individual panels. Electric motors are equipped with a reducer-motor-electromagnetic brake system for reliable performance. For safety, a parachute brake system is employed, stopping the platform mechanically in case of motor failure.
The masts (columns), triangular platforms, and unit chassis are corrosion-resistant due to their hot-dip galvanized structure. By gripping the mastic from 17 points, our facade platforms extend the life of the mast and minimize oscillation.
With the exception of electric motors and panel switchgear (Schneider brand), all manufacturing processes are conducted in-house. We offer two facade platform models, C2500 and C3000, to cater to different requirements.
Our facade platforms comply with CE Certificate, 2006/42/AT, 2006/95/EC regulations, as well as TS EN 1495 + A2, TS EN 60204-1, and TS EN 12100 standards.
