Platformsan’s facade platforms are vertical working systems propelled by electric motors on our own production rack gear, aiding in building facade coatings, sheathing, painting, plastering, and similar tasks. They offer material transportation alongside workers, quick installation, comfortable and efficient working, and time-saving capabilities. These modular systems can extend up to 10 meters on single platforms and 30 meters on double platforms.
They can reach working heights of up to 150 meters. Double platforms enable separate operation with a separate panel. Electric motors consist of a reducer-motor-electromagnetic brake system. For safety, parachute brake systems are employed, stopping the platform mechanically if all electric motors fail.
The masts, triangular platforms, and unit chassis resist corrosion due to hot dip galvanization. Gripping the mastic from 17 points extends the life of the mast and minimizes oscillation. All manufacturing, except for electric motors and panel switchgear (Schneider brand), is done in-house. Our facade platform models include C2500 and C3000.
These platforms comply with CE Certificate, 2006/42/AT, 2006/95/EC regulations, as well as TS EN 1495 + A2, TS EN 60204-1, and TS EN 12100 standards.
